Yes
Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
Caffeine about 30-60 minutes prior WO. For the moment Im also using a preWO drink called "Trück" by Eiselt including differnet sorts of creatine, arginine and more, 30-45 min prior WO.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Don't be shy to ask others to look att your technique. Specially at exercises like Deadlifts and Squats.
There is a lot of rape and alcoholism in Alaska as well as depression and anxiety but that mostly all comes from people who move here from other states or countries too. Most everybody born here doesn't have a problem. Where did you learn English?
Damn. That sounds like a good place to live. I was thinking of going to a college in Southern Sweden and it looked real nice in the pictures.
Isn't there very little crime in Sweden?
That is still real cool. I am half German and all the people of Germany and Sweden I have ever talked to were nice people...and smart. That is kinda depressing now that I think about it being in America.
Anyway, yes. Born and raised in Alaska. A lot of places look similar to photos from that area of Europe so I think I would feel right at home. What is it like there?
Deadlifts have been an issue with me. I threw out my back once doing hack squats and deadlifts, so I've approached them very cautiously after that. I usually use a modified form (Romanian or other). I'm working on rebuilding that area.
