I would like to get under 300lbs for the 1st time since I was in high school.
Goal (Long):
Because of all of the training I was doing playing football recently, I was flirting with being under 300lbs. I haven't been under 300lbs since high school, so...that would be the goal. I want to get under 300lbs.

yeah it worked very well. what a PUMP. i incorporated shoulders and tris into the routine also. i might have to switch to this every thursday. thanx again.
yeah i never use a belt either. but ive had some back problems lately so ive been staying away from squats and just using the machines. i was wondering.... whats your chest routine. maybe it will help me reach my goal!
