It's a release from your daily stress. It's like going to a bar after work, but with more positives and less smoke.

It's like being addicted to drugs. As soon as you miss a day or two you just get that itch and you need to go back.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Muscle pull. A couple weeks. Just iced and worked through it.
Do you sometimes use joint health supplements?

yeah i never use a belt either. but ive had some back problems lately so ive been staying away from squats and just using the machines. i was wondering.... whats your chest routine. maybe it will help me reach my goal!
