damn son 50lbs in 4 months? I need to do something like this, im 120lbs i lost alot of weight do to illness. What kind of food / routine did you have?

i dunno man it sucks. Im not hungry at all. But hopefully when i get better i can bounce back easier. My bodies maintenace right now is probbaly so low i could start training again on 2k calories and build up frm there.

feels like it dude, too sick to eat shit. I eat like 500-1000 calories a day right now not even hungry.

Hey man, pretty shitty actually. I have been really sick for the last month and i am still sick. Ive lost like 15lbs :(.

i might of had some small gains maybe, but it seems like more than anything it just made me in a really pissed off mood all the time. Not really worth it i don't think.

Yeah i think losing some of my gut will help me with my motivation. I just want to lose mainly fat im hoping. Because really my ideal goal isnt really far out there. Its 170 with 10-13% bf. But for me starting at 130lbs 12-13% bf it is a long goal.

Hey man you seem to know alot about dieting. I also have been a small dude all my life trying to get bigger. Can you suggest any diet plans to get me in order? Im about 165 17-20% bf. Goal is to be 170-180 12-14%. Something to recomp my body, or put on solid lbm?

yeah just dont want to end up to light. Do you thinking doing a few bulks and cutting . Like for example getting to 180, then cutting to 170 and repeat? I just dont want to get to 150lbs etc

Hey man hows it going? Had a question for you. Right now im sitting at 165-167 18-20%bf. So im kind of stuck in the skinny fat phase still. I was thinking of clean bulking to 200 over the next 1.5 years or so. I feel cutting now would suck but at the same time i have a 34 inch waist. Any suggestions ?
