How I Started:
I origanaly started working out a few years ago, i dirty bulked really fast up to 170 and got a little gut because of it. However soon after i got a horrible illness currently classified as dysautonomia. I was bed-ridden for almost a year.
I am still not fully recovered and some days i can't do very much. I lost alot of weight and dropped down to 119lbs at my worst. I am now back up to 130lbs.
I am trying to workout everyday and eat s much as possible, my end goal is to get 160lbs and be low bodyfat. I believe exercise can really help me in many ways and eventually rid me of illness.

Cheers dude.
Dieting wise, when I went down to around 60kg or so, very skinny, no muscle, no fat - I was just eating raw veg, lean meat and doing a lot of skipping (jump rope) and running!
sounds good mate, 10lbs of fat is a lot of weight so it'll be very noticeable should lean you up enough... then yeah bulk from there.
The thing is when you bulk with higher b/f you make size gains but you wont see them as well because its all covered up and you'll become discouraged thinking you're not making any progress.. at least being leaner you can see them happen easier.
personally never thought much of it, just coz i dont like how inconsistent it is... like you might be on a roll putting on some good weight then you would cut again, and cutting weight depending on your body can take a lot longer than expected... But thats me :) Dont worry about being too light, its only a number.. itll come back and fast.
hey
hm i dunno mate, it might be safer to at least get down to the low teens first then clean bulk from there.. the problem with clean bulking, depending on how lucky you are and how good you do it, but ppl tend to still gain a bit of fat. So after that sorta time you might be 25% or more, not where you wanna be. Maybe cut for a month or so, lose whatever you can then start the bulk from there?
Hey man, good to hear it may be working, if you have good results, I'm probably going to try it for myself, so let me know! I take 3 caps like the bottle says and it seems to keep me asleep, but also wake me up right before my alarm, which is weird but good. It also makes it easier for me to get out of bed, but I dont think I'll be buying them again.
are you still thinking about trying Activate Xtreme, I was looking at it and it seems like something I might want to try in a little while. I'd like to see how it worked for you.
If you see my before pic that was when I got up to 170 at first with too much bodyfat by consuming in the range of 3800 cals (stupid). Next, I used Max-OT training and diet (on AST.com) to get leaner and add mass. Now, I am experimenting because I'm still trying to find out what works the best for me.
yeah see how it goes, i dont like setting weight goals cause you just dunno how the bodies gonna work. Example when i last cut i thought id get to 92-93 and be ripped but i wasnt, i had to lose another 5-6kg before i was even starting to be happy.. and if u make too much fat gains then youll reach your weight but u wont be overly happy with the muscle mass. Just do it bits at a time, train hard!
theres only one solution to skinny fat, bulk!
put on as much muscle mass as you can, keep it clean so you dont have to spend much time cutting... try and gain as much lean muscle as you can. Lift hard and heavy :)
