How I Started:
I've been working out since my early teens. I've recently been off and on for a while since I had my daughter but I'm putting my all back into this now.
Why I Love It:
I love working out cause I love the results I recieve once I've worked so hard to accomplish what I set out to do. I relive stress and tension when I workout as well as a tons of calories.
