How I Started:
When I worked at michelin, I started going to the company's gym. I decided I wanted to gain weight and muscle since I was always so little through high school.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the results and the feeling of accommplishment after a grueling workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
It started with me thinking back on my little days and when I got picked on, but it turned into a passion and I just love doing it.
BB Accomplishments:
gaining 30 pounds since high school and have people i haven't seen in a long time complimenting my progress
