Goal (Short): I lost 20 pounds over the summer now I want to gain 35 pounds of muscle in 18 month.(Going to hit the weights hard.)
Goal (Long): I want to lose a total of 20 pounds but then gain 35 pound of muscle so that I can have a body that I like and can be proud of. Then one day I want to compete.
