Overall Goal: I lost 20 pounds last summer. Now I want to gain 25 pounds of muscle by next march. But I wanna gain 10 pounds of solid muscle in 3 months.

I starting lifting when I was 13 but didn't get really serious about bodybuilding until the summer of 08.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling you get when your done and I like to see my body change. I just love bodybuilding and lifting I wanna do it forever.

Hey bro...keep up the great work. I used to weigh 130lbs and the thing that helps me put on mass is lifting heavy weight with 4-6 rep range one week and then the next going back to 8-12 rep range the next week. This way you get the mass and the definition. Another tip is to eat eat eat. Good luck
