Overall Goal: I lost 20 pounds over the summer.! Now I want to gain 25 pounds of muscle by next march. But I wanna gain 10 pounds of solid muscle in 3 months.

I starting lifting when I was 13 but didn't get really serious about bodybuilding until this summer.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling you get when your done and I like to see my body change. I just love bodybuilding and lifting I wanna do it forever.

thanks for the add boss, i wish i started lifting when i was your age, keep up the good work and you'll be a monster by the time you graduate high school.
Thanks for the add and props for starting at such a young age. It's hard to control your diet when you don't buy your own food (I started at 16 and a half) but lift hard and keep raiding your fridge and you'll be a tank in no time.
