How I Started:
I pretty much grew up in a gym. My mother taught group fitness since I was born and my father was a football coach. I never took it seriously until my first year of college. Thats when I realized how my body responded to weights.
Why I Love It:
I love the personal challenge. With other sports you have to rely on a team of people. In bodybuilding you win because of you and you fail because of you.
How I Stay Motivated:
