Well after my first official day of bulking I must admit it went rather well. I was able to reach my desired calorie intake as I consumed 3,201 calories and my desired fat intake with 119g without exceeding my 120g limit. (Really cut it close on fat) However, I did fall short on two categories...
by the way, would you mind helping me out? I am new to working out. I would like to lost fat and gain lean muscle. Take a look a my pictures, that is where I am at and the equipment i got...what kinds of workout plan could I do? It would help so much man!
well, i'd say progress has come to a halt. i could list several excuses for why my workouts have been few and far between, but why bother? i'm hitting it hard and i am going to get where i want to be.
Damn dude! you're looking awesome. good job. The gains are going ok. I just got all of my supps together so I'm gonna push it hard till christmas. I planned a cruise for may 2009. I figure if i start cutting in january I oughta be ripped by may. This year was the first year that I did a cut successfully but I didn't allow myself enough time to get as cut as I wanted by my vacation. Now I know when to start so I can walk around the beach looking like you (no homo)
