How I Started:
Throughout High School and my freshman year of College I was very skinny and hated all the nicknames I had recieved over the years that poked fun of my build. Luckily I played College baseball and was introduced to serious weight lifting. I decided being 6'5 165lbs wasn't the physical appearance I wanted or deserved so I started hitting the weights hard. I started to slowly put on weight and muscle and fell in love with it. However, It wasn't until I graduated college that weight lifting really became bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
5 years and roughly 30 lbs later I have a body I can be self confident about. I love knowing that all the hard work does eventually pay off.
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodybuiliding.com - Reading all of the articles and watching everybody's progress on Bodyspace inspires me to work harder. When I See all of the people out there that have a better body than me, it makes me want to bust my butt even more!

Hey man! How's your bulking phase goin so far? I started on mine a few weeks ago, and just weighed in and I'm up over 12 pounds from when I started back in May! Hope all is well with training.
Man...training is going good...I'm still working on the V-shape...I just plan on keeping my cardio at 30 mins a day...do you recommend doing abs everyday?
training is good (although i'm out now due to a cold grr) but will be back soon. Diet is always hard haha, i never seem to hold it for a long time but we'll get there. Do you have a goal?
