How I Started:
Always been overweight stumbled on literature on how to change your body with weight training and diet combined. After many failures finally started playing basketball. Got to play on a college team and dropped pounds quick. For the first time in my life I was in shape. Once I stopped playing ball I became depressed and never got in the gym regularly again....until now.
Why I Love It:
Ability to change your life by working hard.
How I Stay Motivated:
Read various muscle magazines and look at old photos of myself when I was in great shape.
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 70 lbs in order to be a college basketball player. Ran everyday lifted weights regularly.

Goal (Long):
I know i can build muscle fast now I need to work my body to its full potential! I want to be running 5 miles a day and be comfortable walking around without being exhausted or uncomfortable. I want to feel confident in myself as a professional and future doctor.
So obviously i havent posted in a couple days....I was not in the gym on thursday or friday...thursday after doing a two a day on wednesday and getting to bed after midnight..i hit a wall. my whole left side was on fire!! work and school and fatigue got the best of me ..but guess where I am...

So sorry to hear about your breakup!!!I'm also happy you're still making progress,4lbs that's great :) I'm doing alot of cardio right now to help get my weight down and lifting weights 4 times a week,I'll weigh in on Nov 19...take care and kit.....
