  • Once bf is in lower ranges, I think just about everyone should do hanging leg/knee raises (from Capt chair if needed). If someone has back problems, hanging even using straps, can make worse. I have an app I use called "workout trainer"....like to use for HIIT, and abs. Several good ab routines, the P90X is my favorite, very challenging too :) I am a big believer in planks as well... just need to increase intensity as your body is able. (i.e. elevated w/arms on swiss ball, then add a flipped bosu flat side up, at feet:) You look great- I'd keep doing whatever it is you're doing!!

VicRD09 Thanks for the compliment! :) Still a way to go to get where I want, but I will say I am making progress. I switched it up a bit yesterday to hanging leg raises, kneeling cable (rope) crunches and v-ups. Didn't do obliques, but thinking about bicycles for that. I only tried planks a few times, but may try those for a period of time and see how they do for me, now that you mentioned it :). Have you ever done bird dogs? Thanks again and for the insights!
