I'm thinking I'd like to do a figure show, but I have been told since I'm short and stocky that maybe I should stick to bodybuilding. I have made no progress since my last photo since I got sick. I actually gained a little body fat back. But this past week I've tried to re organize my diet and get things right. I'd like to do a show November 21st. Any thoughts?

no man< I realy don't know how to prepare a diet to lose some weight and gaine muscle, I need Help!!! I don't have the mony to get a trainer or some one to help me with this situation. I do work out and do it hard but don't see much change> It"s frustrating!!!
