Well it all started with my mom picking me up from school bringing me home then her saying "bye bye im going to the gym!! see you later" so i guess i was kinda brainwashed to thinking that the gym was part of everyday life. I also had weights at my house and was always athletic. Being the youngest of 4 and having a weight problem i was very discouraged and had a bit of a chip on my shoulder. Lifting weights and boxing really help me escape the real world. As time passed i started seeing some results so i wanted to learn more. I was involved in the weight lifting club at school and started doing my own research online and reading magazines. My quest for knowledge grew and my love for the gym became so great that i decided to become a personal trainer. I Knew i had to be in the fitness industry. Now i"ve been working out for over 12 years and personal training for about 5 years and i'm still looking for more.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding and fitness because it really lets me release some aggression that needs to come out. Not to mention that i am amazed at the way the human works!!! Being able to transform what you look like, how you preform and how others see you. I would never have been able to build my confidence in every other aspect of my life if it was not for the gym. The body is ment to be in motion and getting the blood flowing make me feel GREAT!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated is not so tough b/c sometimes you need to just stop and think about how many other people in this world are less fortunet then i am. Im not rich Im not poor but i do have to work for everything and working out helps me keep my life discipline. To be honest though I need more, Im ready to take the next step towards competitions and fitness modeling which is why i'm starting this bodyspace.
BB Accomplishments:
Becoming a great personal trainer and helping other get motivated and meet their goals. I have changed my body so much and am very proud of it but now its time to become a champion. I have CHAMPIONSHIP BUG!! Im Hungry for it and i hope this site will help give me that push i need!! THANX EVERYONE!!
