Thanks, funny you should say that. My trainer homie told me I'm droppin too fast and said no cardio and eat!! I was like wtf..lol

Hey B what's good? sorry been gone. Make sure you are eating like 7 meals, dnt go past 2 hrs. Try to still keep it clean, with just more protein and carbs. PLenty of eggs,potatoes,oatmeal, stuff like that. One thing that really helped me was using casein b4 I went to bed

Yes I've studied about different diets. For you, if you are still trying to get a little larger, my opinion is you should put on the weight first(bulk), and then lean it out. You can always do a lean mass diet, but its pretty tough.

What's up Big B? Man I wish there was like a huge secret I could share on how to do it, but it really just like you heard, hard as hell and straight discipline. For me, I eat bout 6 meals, as healthy as possible, couple shakes. Keep your protein up, and good balance of carbs. Cardio you look like you only need like 3 days of 30 min interval.Looks like you have already made great progress so keep up the good work.

I actually just switched to a 6 day routine so I can get two leg days, and everything else gets it own. I do mix shoulders and traps though,(db press,arnold press, upright row, the finish with shrugs)
