Playing high school football. I was tired of being the small shrimp on the team. Now I'm at least a jumbo shrimp!
Why I Love It:
Achieving that true "PUMP" feeling rushing through my veins. There's almost nothing like it. It's complete focus, no distractions. I love to improve myself. Bodybuilding is a form of art, my body is the canvas.
How I Stay Motivated:
Getting that look from people. A little bit of vanity is good for the soul. Your body is the product and shows everyone how much you sacrifice and work. Knowing that I am in the military and it's my job to help protect my country from any physical harm.
BB Accomplishments:
Going from scrawny 140lbs to 175lbs of muscle.

Twisted Kamelion changed Body Fat from 11% to 6%, a loss of 5 percentage points in 412 days
I always wanted to become one of those "BIG MEN". You know the type you read about. I want the total package body, with definition all over. Once I have achieved a masterpiece I may enter in a contest. I want to reach 180lbs with about 8% body fat. Nothing but perfection.

hey, im trying to bulk i'm just eating a ton of food now and lifting HEAVY with low reps for five sets (5x5) do u have any advice for me? should i be doing anything different?
Hmmm, very interested results here... I'm sure, my question for you sir... Do you have studied about nutrition diet? Other question is that; should I do diet first then built muscle mass? what do you this typical results?
Well, I'm still here after some more size and everything else. And I truly do mean just about everything positive you can think of.
So a contest in 10 weeks. Ha ha, what you looking to come in at? I'm guessing the prep starts now.
What's good man? Killer abs as usual dude! I have been working hard to get the fat off of my body. I am doing abs daily, with my diet I hope to see them soon.
