Playing high school football. I was tired of being the small shrimp on the team. Now I'm at least a jumbo shrimp!
Why I Love It:
Achieving that true "PUMP" feeling rushing through my veins. There's almost nothing like it. It's complete focus, no distractions. I love to improve myself. Bobybuilding is a form of art, my body is the canvas.
How I Stay Motivated:
Getting that look from people. A little bit of vanity is good for the soul. Your body is the product and shows everyone how much you sacrifice and work. Knowing that I am in the military and it's my job to help protect my country from any physical harm.
To gain muscle and reach 180lbs of lean muscle, have definition, "THE TOTAL PACKAGE
Goal (Long):
I always wanted to become one of those "BIG MEN". You know the type you read about. I want the total package body, with definition all over. Once I have achieved a masterpiece I may enter in a contest. I want to reach 180lbs with about 8% body fat. Nothing but perfection.
Thanks and lots going on here. Trying to eat cleaner, LOL!! I have not been able to workout in the last three days so I will have to work harder to back up again. Thanks for asking!! How are you doing??
Hey Thurston, thank you :) I'm good, thanks and doing better with each visit to the PT (my shoulder). I'd like to improve but at this point I'm pretty much just maintaining. How are YOU doing?
I need to add cardio and add eating too. Surprisingly, when I cut calories I lose no fat yet when I don't or even add them, the fat just comes off. I almost feel like I'm bulking sometimes but like I said, I have to add cardio in there.
He he, but living on the edge of 180. Man, add some chanko to your life. It'll trick yourself into adding more calories. You know what that is?
Hey Thurston - thanks for visiting my profile and for the request to add. Good luck with everything and THANK YOU for your service. You're looking great! Massive arms, shoulders, back - great job!
Good Morning, We are having a FREE weight loss seminar on February 5th in Marysville. It will be at the High school. It is at 6:00 pm. If you know any one who might be interested. I have posted a flier on my page. Hope you have a great New Years!!
Progress looks good. I used to be on subs too. I served on the ALASKA Gold while it went through the yards converting to D-5, then I got a commission. Keep up the great work!
