I didn't count calories at all during my cycle. I just eat constantly through out the day. My main source of protein is chicken. I don't use any protein shakes. I didn't get any taurine although I wish I would have.

actually I am glad the cycle is coming to an end. I havent' been able to due deadlifts which is my second favorite exercise due to the back pumps. My joints are dried up like a hooker with no lube. Also my nuts have shruken up like when I was 12 again lol. The strength and endurance was amazing. I am up 14 lb which is also amazing with 5.9% body fat

Thanks for the comment on my progress, I have stayed working hard in the gym and keeping to a good diet. You look ripped, i can't believe you are 58 that is truly impressive. Keep up the hard work

What kind of surgery did you have? Thats good you have bulked up, surgery is always a setback. I lost 15 pounds of muscle when I had shoulder surgery.

Thanks man, I am am working out four days a week. I am trying to bulk up by the summer time and gain 15lb. I think I am going to change my routine to doing one muscle group and 3 exercises for 5 days a week. I changed my diet completly and eat 6 to eat meals a day consisting of tilapia,chicken,pasta,egs,pizza and whole milk with every meal. How has your training been going?

Hey I just logged on and im replying to your comment. My training has hit a peak so I started the 5x5 program. The problem is though I have been working in the warehouse alot moving boxes and I have lost weight =(. Not to mention my back has been so sore from moving boxes 8 hours a day that I can't do much and some days no back in the gym. I will keep you updated though how has your training been?
