I want to overcome this high metabolism and put on 15 pounds of muscle by the summer.
Goal (Long):
I have been off and on lifting weights since I have started college 3 years ago. Due to work and school, I had cut back to only working out one day a week until finals were over. Now I am working out 3 to 4 days a week. I have completely changed my diet and upped my calorie/protein intake. My workouts are intense so now my goal is to stick to this regiment and put on 15 pounds of muscle by the summer time.
looking swoll!! U still on the same routine and diet? I am gonna get on the bulking train this month! I interned with the obama campaign, so my diet suffered big time, but i am gonna get back on track starting this weekend!
what all are you doing for diet and training now? you have bulked up noticably. still cutting, but once i am down i need to do what you are doing, cause you are staying lean while gaining muscle. great job!
i had hernia surgery, twice, which sucked big time! the first surgery, in july, did not stick so they had to go back in on early september. but yeah, finally back up to 182, now it is time to move on to 200!!
sounds like an awesome plan man! i am bulking, trying to hit 200 by march/april! put on 9lbs since nov, back up to my presurgery weight! getting bigger and stronger each week! maybe a comp in the future!!
lol, thats not even right man. i dont know what i was thinking at the time, but i confused that with stiff leg deadlifts, lol. yeah right, 400lb bent over rows? ha ha i wish!
Sorry to hear that your training has been suffering due to work. Good luck with th 5x5 program. as for me I am recovering from hernia surgery, which has some complications, so i will most likely been having it again. I would like to be back in the gym in septtember so i can start bulkinga again! Currently cutting since i can't lift to heavy.
Muscled and ripped with solid work on traps, biceps and forearms, abs, lats, back and legs. Chest is good but needs to be a bit thicker HOWEVER great job so far and solid pics also. Andre
