So here is what I'm starting at. I hope to lose some body fat and gain some muscle as well but mainly I want to get lean at first then focus on gaining muscle while eating relatively clean.
So its been a month... Ive lost 10lbs and 1.5 inches off my waist and 2 inches off my hips. I guess thats not bad. I haven't gained or lost any inches around my muscles etc I suppose thats a good thing so it might mean I lost a bit of fat in those areas but gained muscle so there is no change....
I just thought that I would drop you a line to tell you that my wife, and your friend (bodyspace: judimax) is having a birthday on Saturday April 5th and is turning 48. I think she looks fantastic for not only 48 but for any age, but then again I am biased. If you get a chance she would be surprised (and love it) if you would drop by and wish her a Happy Birthday.
well thats an old pic of the meal and in fact all my pics are old. i offically hit my 40lbs loss.now i like to go out with the misses to eat. #1 cheat meal is an Alpine Swiss Burger from Ruby Tuseday. you have a better cheat meal... im all ears buddy :)
