Its Friday.  A nice Friday.  And all is well.  Eating is going pretty well, and my cardio capacity increases daily.  I am literally breaking all time records for me (not terribly impressive given my aweful cardio history).  Bought heart rate monitor watch, and some better running shoes.  Always fun buying "stuff."  So I will recap the last three days activity: Wed: 1 hour of raquetball, followed by an 800 meter swim, non-stop.  Took 17 mins.  New best in distance and time.&Acir...

TimmD When you say "No Carbs" re you talking like under 50 grams of carbs? or under 100? It seems to be that No Carbs is about 50-80, Low Carbs is 100-150, and High Carbs is 250+ Does this metric work? Please Advise :) Jul 19, 2010 8:42pm

devotchkas I was mostly wondering if doing 3 low carb days a week is okay rather than doing no-low-high-no-low-high etc. because I want my no carb days to be on hiit days, high carb for legs, low carb for other body parts, but not sure if this will have the same effect. Thanks! Apr 5, 2010 7:53am
