I don't do any cardio, believe it or not. I eat about Protein/Carb/Fat diet at about a 40%-30%-30% ratio respectively. I think the conventional belief is that lean body mass is impossible without extreme cardio, but it's not been my experience due to the pretty clean and consistent diet and nutrition.
thanks—the trip was incredible; can't wait to go back again some day. took a good week to get back into normal routine but I'm feeling good and the training is going well. You got the size I wish I had!
I eat lots of chicken, steak, and fish...6 - 7 meals a day. Each serving is roughly 5 - 6 0z. Also, I go thru a lot of spinach, boston and green leaf lettuce daily.
I have an elliptical in my apartment : ) You do feel worn out but it gets easier and youll love it when you see the progress of the fat melting off of you...
Morning workouts are great! But I usually save the morning for 45 minutes of cardio training and abs. And when I have time during lunch or afternoon, I work on other bodyparts. Abs and cardio are like the boggest priorities because they tend to be the most neglected. Get these out of the way and you will find that your afternoons can be spent on working out the more important bodyparts...
