I feel so bad for not being "with this" lately...I've think I've hit rock-bottom and I'm on my way up...ugh...again...I'm becoming a pro at start/stop programs...lol...so this week I've hit weights hardcore and up and jogging around town in the mornings. I feel sooo much better! Now if I could just stick with this program...lol

It's actually going really, really well. I started the P90X program hardcore this week...had a helpful friend on here help me with my diet...I feel great! Let's just hope I can keep it strong for a while and see some results...how are you doing with reaching your goals?

Slow progress is still progress! It sucks having hurdles to jump and still remain on track--I think I'm a pro at getting off track and losing focus...lol...hang in there.

Aw dang, I really feel for you...I started this 90 program like three times now--the first week I came down with such a sinus head cold, I couldn't do anything and feel good about it. Do take some time off for yourself at this point and don't feel guilty about it. I actually used my time off to recollect and came back really strong. Plus, you don't want to prolong your sickness either. Get well soon!

This "downtime" has actually been pretty good. I'm so excited to get back into things again and really achieve some goals here. Hopefully will be 100% by Monday, I'm crossing my fingers here. It's supposed to be 60 degrees tomorrow!! I'm planning on being outside doing something...lol How are you doing?

I celebrated my bday this weekend--totally took the whole weekend off. I'm back up and running again today though--I knew I'd be binging through the weekend--just told myself, as long as I get back on track first thing Monday morning--can't have too many set-backs like this.

I was a sissy and just got on the treadmill. The thought of running in the snow, having snow kicked up inside my shoe scared me enough to stay in. But what do you know, its KS and the sun came out and just about melted it all away. Tomorrow...maybe?

I was really anxious to get outside this morning--laid out some extra warm clothes for this morning and then...I wake up to 4 inches of snow on the ground this morning. It was harder to just live with getting on the treadmill. :) What the hay--this is KS-we always say if you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes and it will change. 60 degrees just on Monday and snowing today--geez.

Is it easier running outside? Cuz this treadmill thing is getting old and boring. I'm half tempted to bundle up and walk up to the high school track in the morning--rain, snow, or cold just to get out and have some scenery...
