How I Started:
Just got tired of being the skinny kid. When I first started lifting in 2005 I weighed 140 soak and wet. Also I met a trainer who finally knows what he is doing.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump that I get from a hard workout, and also it is an excellent stress reliever.
How I Stay Motivated:
By having a Trainer that pushes me beyond the limit, and knowing that I brought a Lil Man into this world that looks up to me.
I decided I am going to eat very thing I possibly can. Boy eating is harder than I thought it would be, its like a second job. But hay gotta eat to get swole.

Congrats!!! I was there and yes indeed, I saw you do the damn thang! Lookin' good 2 I might add. I stayed around for a few afterwards but didn't see you...not even on the intermission. I'm happy for you, keep up the Great work!!
