How I Started:
Just got tired of being the skinny kid. When I first started lifting in 2005 I weighed 140 soak and wet. Also I met a trainer who finally knows what he is doing.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump that I get from a hard workout, and also it is an excellent stress reliever.
How I Stay Motivated:
By having a Trainer that pushes me beyond the limit, and knowing that I brought a Lil Man into this world that looks up to me.
I decided I am going to eat very thing I possibly can. Boy eating is harder than I thought it would be, its like a second job. But hay gotta eat to get swole.
Man, good luck at the contest. You got me over here like "This dude is competing and everything. Geez, what am I doing?"
Thats damned close though. You got a trainer or prepping yourself?
Man, its good to see you don't have that "Lose 10 lbs? Are you crazy? You know how much work it took me to put it on?" mental issue I've got from starting off so small almost 10 years ago. Even though it probably would be in my best interest.

6 sets of 6 reps on flat, incline, and decline has always worked well for me. I supersetted flat dumbell press and flys, then incline press and flys to get gret results recently. Now I'm playing around with pre-exhaust. Doing flyes first then presses. Trying to quit being lazy and get back into stretching between sets and after. My best bodyparts are the ones I've put the most effort into stretching over the years. Hmmm......
It's going well. I'm learning and trying new things every day. It almost time to break out the little underwear and hit the stage in March. I see you're getting down to fight weight! Back looking wide and tris and shoulders look thick too.
