Thanks Bro - I used to play a lot of ball and could jump pretty high (get both hand way over the hoop without a run up). Tore my achillies and would like to one day get back near that mark, or who knows, maybe even higher! Just under 6ft and havent got huge reach, so My legs have to be real strong and explosive! I'll check out ur stuff bro, for sure - awesome avi!
