When I Started:
How I Started:
I was fit and healthy until the age of 25. I got married that year and over time, my wife and I quit being active and put on the pounds. I did P90X in February 09, lost 8 pounds, then let it slip. Late September 09 I got on the scale and weighed 188.4, my heaviest ever. I started a diet and exercise program that will go till May 2010. Goal 172 lbs. and 10% body fat.

The new diet has helped me break through a weight plateau.  My dinner was bad this evening, but I will be back on the horse tomorrow.
