How I Started:
I've always been eating good, nutritious food throughout my life, but I have never have had time to work out to my highest potential. I've been in college these last 4 years, so that has kept me busy and not really focused on building muscle. Now that I work at Bodybuilding.com, I am definantly going to consistently work out at least 3 days a week to gain muscle and a little weight.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling you get after a hard workout. The feeling of accomplishment and of beating your previous goals. I usually try to make excuses that "I'm too tired to work out" or say things like that, but it actually gives you energy and takes away stress. That's just one reason I love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I would say that working hard to achieve my goals would be it, but I think I mainly stay motivated by the energy it gives me and thinking of how much my fiance will dig my muscular bod :).

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I am a fish and I love to swim. If you want to get fit in cardio, just swim a few laps and you will really fast. It is better on your joints then running, you can do a variety of strokes, and it works out a lot more muscles then running.I am a fish and I love to swim. What is your cardio exercise plan?
I like to run about a mile before I lift to get the blood flowing and let my body adjust to the weight lifting. I also like to swim about 5-10 laps after my workout to cool off and relax the muscles.
So this is my first official blog since starting working at Bodybuilding.com! Yay! It has been a great experience so far filled with awesome co-workers and I learn about new products every day. I haven't started my workout routine because I have been really busy, but I am getting a gym...
Hey TJ! I have the WORST news! Apparently there is not a demand for 'cat' valentines. I couldn't find them for sale ANYWHERE. I hope you can settle for Sponge Bob!
Wow. That's amazing. Fortunately for myself, my dynamic abilities surpass that of Superman? Ever heard of the guy? He's kind of low key, but you can definitely look him up!
