I have worked out off and on since college. My wife and I bought her parents house. The week we moved in I started tearing down walls. The remodel took twice as long as we expected. With no kitchen for 6 months, the fast food and pizza has taken its toll on my body.
Why I Love It:
How my body feels after I am done working out. And yes I even like how my body feels 2 days later. Stiffness and all.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look the photos that I took of myself, and seeing just how far I have let my self go.
Thanks man! I still find it had to believe the condition I let myself get into a few years ago. When I need motivation I just go back to the old photos! Thanks again and good luck!
I purchased the same stuff from costco and ended up throwing it out, it was chalky and not very tasty. You will love the On 100% Whey. BUy it online for the best prices. Good luck. Mark
Thanks for the message. Keep training hard. (If you haven't tried Optimum Nutrition's 100% whey gold standard, you should. It is a lot better tasting than the EAS product)
