I am a natural ectomorph, but several years ago I was a "fat" skinny person. At nearly 6'1", 200-lbs and bodyfat percentages on the order of 25%, I decided I needed a transformation. I have made a significant transformation over the years, but I still have higher expectations. Currently cycling between 175 and 195 lbs with bodyfat % as approximately 10-12% and 15-17% respectively, I am looking for continued muscle mass, but maintain a lean body weight. a 6-pack is a must too and that is something I tend to struggle with as I naturally carry a layer of fat at my navel region that is difficult to shed. Even an my leanest at mid 170's only then to I begin to see my lower abdominals.

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I keep a log. I will take bio-impedence BF measurements, skin-fold BF measurement, body measurements and weight to track my progress.
What is the best type of protein for you?
Why is this type of protein best?
I take it immediately following my resistance training. I feel this works best for me.
