How I Started:
I was always short and real skinny, I looked like I was straight from concentration camp. I was in 8th grade and 4th and 5th graders were bigger then me. I ended up getting "8 min abs with 8 min arms" video and a book called “Get Strong” by Jake Steinfield. I started making some progress, got myself some dumbbells, and eventually a gym membership. Rest is history.
Why I Love It:
For me working out has become a huge part of my life. It relieves a great amount of stress, helped me pack on muscles, helps me with my job since I need to be in shape, and the body is a huge plus.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just seeing how much I have changed physically and mentally since I started to work out is enough to keep me motivated for rest of my life.

I seriously would love to stay at least at 185 pounds and under 10% bf, but thats just what i would like, my ultimate goal is 190-200 pounds, with under 13% bf, look lean, and get my 8 pac back.
I got a photo shoot in mid July, its my first one since September 2007. I am very nervous and bit excited.
