How I Started:
As a kid was inspired by Arnold and since then wanted to build my body.
Why I Love It:
I just get satisfaction from lifting weights and love the pump. It really makes my day when I can see the results in the mirror and when I see myself grow stronger.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep a log of everything - diet, training, regular weight/bodyfat measurements, etc. Always keep in mind that you have to TRAIN NO MATTER WHAT.

Yeah i have a bike, heavy bag, and i skip rope. Heavybag+Rope for HIIT and bike for LIT. We will see how it goes. First week off Keto i only gained 1lb back...kind of weird
Haha thats not a problem for me as it takes ages for me to read Russian; although when it is spelt phonetically that becomes much easier for the eyes :D

I was thinking about something like TKD since i have a lot of SizeOn left over and it has carbs, i could just take it. Dont think thats the carbs i need tho lol.
Going to go 2 weeks with low amount and go from there. Im still doing my HIIT on Keto. i feel like i get a better workout with it.
