How I Started:
I Got Started Working Out About 5 Years Back, And I Kept At It For About And Year And A Half Straight. But Due To Family Emergencies, I Got Distracted-Stopped, And Havent Worked Out Up Until A Few Months Back. Now I Try And Work Out 3 Times A Week Minimum Up To 5 Days.
Why I Love It:
I've Never Been Very Athletic, But I Like Weight Lifting Because I've Improved The Most Through It.
How I Stay Motivated:
By Realizing It's Easier To Become Healthy And Maintain It, Rather Then Live Unhealthy Too Long, And Try And Become Healthy When I'm Too Old.

Yes, GreenMag is a creatine, and very effective at that! Will not make you bloated at all either..Great stuff all around. As far as post workout goes, looked at Golden Finish from CL?..Got your carbs, protein and cals all there in the GF.

Hey duder! Take WF and GM 20-30 mins before working out with about 16oz's of water..You can mix em', tastes great!...Then start with one scoop of PW your first training day with 22-24oz's of water and sip during your training session..After that you may want to eventually bump it up to a scoop and a 1\4 or so.

I'd say stick with compound, basic moves with heavy weight, 6-8 reps or so.. stuff like bb and db bench presses are fantastic. also, dont forget inclines!!
