How I Started:
I Got Started Working Out About 5 Years Back, And I Kept At It For About And Year And A Half Straight. But Due To Family Emergencies, I Got Distracted-Stopped, And Havent Worked Out Up Until A Few Months Back. Now I Try And Work Out 3 Times A Week Minimum Up To 5 Days.
Why I Love It:
I've Never Been Very Athletic, But I Like Weight Lifting Because I've Improved The Most Through It.
How I Stay Motivated:
By Realizing It's Easier To Become Healthy And Maintain It, Rather Then Live Unhealthy Too Long, And Try And Become Healthy When I'm Too Old.
And Because I Enjoy It So Much.

yeah dude trust me! i slack on the abs here and there but ever since i ve been doin chest with a 4 day split i get stronger and stronger! this mornin i threw up 335, i ve NEVER don that b4, and u gotta stay up on protein to build.
start hitting chest every 4 days incline, flat, decline and flyes. and alternate between dumbell and barbell. stomach... do like 250 sets of abs ( crunches, obliques, situps etc.) everyday before u leave the gym. you'll wanna cry the first few days but in 2 weeks you'll DEF. notice the difference!
haha alright man! wel my best tip; eat, eat, eat! thats gonna pack size and muscle the fastest, but eat decent stuff u can eat junk here and there just dont make it a habit.
