tfsupplements.com is a good site. Superdrol will bring you results. m drol from cel is a superdrol clone its aalot cheaper with same results. xtreme tren is also a good product. Use a good pct.

i try to add more meals but havin to work alot of overtime and havin a baby its hard to do. you could add more meals. Everyone of my meals i eat as much as i can pretty much till my stomach hurts.

add more food to your diet man force those calories down. I always tell ppl im forced fed lol. Try different bicep exercises. I did a program called massification all it is three sets 50 reps, 40, 30 little break as possible as much weight as you can handle for those reps. If you dont wanna do that you can try doin negatives on all your bi exercises.
