10 Floorwipes 135lbs (61kg)
(Rest 1 minute)
10 Shoulder press
(Rest 1 minute)
5 Pull-ups
(Rest 1 minute)
Repeat Circuit for all exercises.
Level 2 add another 5 reps in each exercise.
Level 3 add another 5 reps.
