How I Started: Watching time fly by and realising how much i have procrastinated. My friends are getting buff so no way im going to be left behind. So i picked up a mag, joined this page and started going nuts in the gym.
Why I Love It: Makes me pumped, feels like i can conquer the world, climb mountains, swim oceans, and wrestle my dog. Great way to calm the mind. Love the ripped feeling!

Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): Im going to go hardcore on my abs for the next 2 months in time for the Rainforest music festival. Want it ripped by then..Awhoo!!
Goal (Long): To stay healthy and fit my whole life. Want a ripped body like ryan reynolds in blade trinity,that is my main goal. Maybe compete abit, do some modeling. Just want to try it all.

plenty of time! just don't cheat, if you ever think about doing so just tell yourself, "ehhh ohh well not in my diet" as oppose to, " ehh ohh well one won't hurt" a little reverse pep talk for yourself before you end up CHEATING!!! haha its what worked for me anyways
