How I Started:
Throughout life, a person is presented with many different paths that he/she may choose to take. I havent always chosen the correct one. Working out and trying to transform my body keeps me on the right path and helps me focus on staying on that path, rather than straying from it.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of satisfaction that I get when I see the results, or fruits of my labor, so to speak. It's a feeling like no other. Ok ok ok, it's a feeling like maybe a few others.
How I Stay Motivated:
Mirrors ... and everyone that reads this cannot say that they dont motivate you too!
I have had quite an exciting and unpredictable life thus far. It was not until recently that I decided to rid myself of all the negative things that hold me down. I really enjoy being in the gym and I really enjoy seeing the results. I would like to lose as much body fat as possible as well as gain lean muscle, hopefully staying near my current weight.

Man you are already looking pretty ripped. Great job so far. A little more mass on top of what you already have would probably be just perfect. Good luck as you stick to your strict diet and workout program. I starting the same, I only wish that I looked as good as you do already. Keep up the great job!
