The doc said I need to lose the weight and jump start my metabolism or else . . .
Why I Love It:
The soreness I have in the shower because I know I'm getting stronger albeit slowly.

Fear of death, all the things that go along with a chronic disease like diabetes.

I have been overweight since I left college and gained even more in graduate school. Now I'm diabetic. This spare tire is killing me literally. I want to have a true waist < 40" and be able to build some strength and muscle and not be the fat funny guy anymore.

I want to LOSE 70 lb
