Spending this week really focusing on my diet as I am starting to realize food is the reason my body fat percentage is not where I'd like it to be. Also spent the past 8 weeks only lifting and displayed no cardio... Smh what was I thinking?
The pain in my left shoulder is limiting the amount I'm able to bench press. I took a week off but pain just returned when I started benching again. I will continue to use less weight until this pain goes away as I'm afraid of what will happen to my chest if I stop benching all together.
