How I Started:
When I was in the 5th grade and my doctor said, "Either lose weight or die earlier"
Why I Love It:
I enjoy it because I never seen such motivation, determination, and perseverance from myself until I started losing weight. Also, when I'm angry or have so much on my mind, I am able to work out and take everything out on the work out and make it into a positive experience rather than a horrible one.
How I Stay Motivated:
I admit, sometimes I don't want to work out because I'm lazy, but when I am, the way I stay motivated is thinking about my goals I had set for myself when I was in 5th grade and personally I think about GOd and how thankful i am to have the parts of my body.
BB Accomplishments:
I use to be 180lbs in 5th grade and now I am about 150lbs and a size 8 in my jeans, which I am so thankful for.
