When I Started:
2000
How I Started:
My friend took me to a gym one day. I remember curling on the preacher curl for the first time. It was hell! Defintly a pain I wasnt used too. At first I didnt think much about it, but as the years went by, I became more and more serious about my hobby. Today its no longer a hobby, but a lifestyle. Im addictet and there`s no way out. Ive sacrifised so much to see new results, and I probably will sacrifise a whole lot more. Its a lonely and selfish lifestyle. Sometimes I wish I was out... Other times Im glad Im still in... But whatever. =)
Why I Love It:
I love to see new results on my body and having progess in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
The longer Im away from the gym, the more motivated I get to workout. Im a self-motivator. I also watch bodybuilding movies for motivation.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting second place at Iform Open 2006, and 1 place at Iform Open 2007.

LETS GET IT!!!
Hey guy, I thoroughly enjoyed your video clip, My World, My Way. Great illustration of your routines. I especially like your deadlift. Did you include a calf raiser at the end? Nice. You've got a terrific build--nice balance, symmetry, and thick muscle. I really like what you're doing here. Keep up the great work.
Curious...what's the extra move in your deadlift? Are you contracting your lower back? Engaging your hamstrings? It caught me off guard. Best of luck and very impressive lifts, al
