Hi Al! It's been awhile...sorry! Hope you are enjoying the holiday season with your family. Don't feel bad about the makeup thing...my DH is surrounded by girls and he's been known to have his hair "styled" a time or two LOL...A father's love endures all :)

Thanks! I tend to be overly critical and pick out EVERY little flaw. I do think I'm making some progress though.

How's your back today? PLEASE be careful! All that talk of pizza...after my 12 mile run this morning the girls, my niece and nephew and I are going to my favorite pizza place for lunch with NO REGRETS!!!

When I do the DVD's 9 times out of 10 I use heavier DB's and just do the exercises at my own pace. I still use 10-15 pound DB's so not super light. I was lifting heavy enough that I could only do 5-6 reps and sometimes 8 but 10 reps would've meant injuring myself! My bones were starting to ache. I may alternate my approaches just to rest my body.

I was asking because I'm getting really burned out with the heavy lifting. Almost to the point of dreading my workouts. I like to be sore and worn out but not totally wiped out everytime. It's a little more than my body can handle. I was going to do some DVD's for a bit for a change. I used my resistance bands this mornig for part of my leg workout and my legs are screaming still!
