My Why question today is...Why do people who work out 3 maybe 4 days a week lose weight and I can't get mine to budge and I work out intensely 6 days a week?? Kinda looks like a hopeless situation to me. Don't worry I'm not going to stop working out but it is EXTREMELY frustrating to see...
That's wonderful! I think if you can run a half marathon than you can definitely do the full. Just takes a little more training, both physically and mentally. Keep up the great work and have a fantastic day!
Hooks look like this http://es.ucables.com/img/pics 1/WEIGHT-LIFTING-HOOKS-R63374. jpg and are used when grip becomes a limiting factor in a lift, or to take grip out of a lift. I use them for deadlifts but you can use them for just about any pulling exercise
Seen you around but just looked through your Body Space today. I must say, I wish I could run. It seems to be a good outlet for so many people. Injuries and asthma won't let me though. It's just me and the weights.
Keep up the great progress. One step (no pun intended) at a time.
Step up on to a bench is a different exercise, not connected to leg ext's. I hold a DB in each handle while standing on the floor in front of a bench. Then I step up onto the bench, then step back down. You can alternate legs, or do a set with just one leg, then a set with the other leg. Does that help?
Good to see you back! The watermelon was only okay, tasted too much like crushed Tylenol, but it grew on me. The blue raspberry is MUCH better. I actually enjoy drinking it. I just had the small container of watermelon, but splurged and got the larger tub of blue raz (and I'm glad I did).
Thank you so much Trudee! The cupcake batter flavor is okay. Not the best. It's good in juice though, tastes like a nutri-grain bar. So if I want juice for my PWO carb I'll mix it with the CCB flavor. I tried Xtreme Formulations UP 2.0 in chocolate peanut butter, mix it with milk for my pre-bed meal and it's excellent!
