How I Started:
Just started when I was getting clowned for being the small guy..I use to be a 120 flat liner...aka i couldnt break 120 to save my life..any guy who has been there knows wat its like. IT SUCKS to get stuck at a weight ya dont want!Id also like to say I love talking about training and nutrition, granted im not the leading expert but you got to start somewhere! Its a passion and one day I will capitalize on it further! And prob the last reason I got started was I was always the nice guy who got Sh***** on so no more, I made a goal to get started and dont stop! nonone will tell me otherwise!
Why I Love It:
Lets me get out stress and anger in a more beneficial way. Plus the upside of looking good is getting attn. Also i have come to see that as I get closer to my goals it will inspire others to get up and rekindle their lost fire and drive. SO PLZ let me know if there is anything i can do to help you!
How I Stay Motivated:
I walk into my gym see the big dude throwin down heavy weights and instantly my dream is fueled. I have had lately a few promo and small time modeling offers, but what I really want to get into is fitness modeling and get into the magazines! Would be a great accomplishment!

Goal (Long):
All I want is a body I can contend with the best of them. I have always been the shortest and the smallest, but no more its time for me to show everyone I can hold my ground as good if not better than them. I want thick arms so I can break free of the small shirts. I would like to be 145 pounds with about the same bodyfat.My time frame for this quest is 8 months.

Ah thanks hun!! I haven't been doing much on my weekends mostly because I work a lot of weekends :( But this weekend I have a day free so hopefully I'll be able to get out and do something LoL
This Halloween I'm probably going to be going as a ref. I work at a hockey arena as a bartender so I thought it would be fitting :)LoL

I just use 2 slices of Ezekiel bread, 1-2 egg whites, 1/4 serving of any protein powder, vanilla extract, a little skim milk,packet of splenda and cinnamon for the French Toast. You can play around with the ingredients all u want to fit it into ur macros.
