lorahhickman Tonight i was meant to be seeing my PT, but he cancelled, hes been broken into and needs to set up tomorrows boot camp, which i suppose is good as it means i can rest for it. I am going to kind of try the diet, but i like protien shakes and peanut butter and they arent allowed on it really so never mind. Its also known as the caveman diet etc, BB did a feature on it recently. Yeah a 24 hour boot camp, 4 hours sleep, bit worried about that one lol. Should be a laugh. Aug 19, 2011 1:11pm

Miyagi23 Good mate. Just stepping up the training to get ready for Thailand in November for a month. Goona train with Saenchai and Pot at Sinbi and then with Pornsaneh and Thepnamit for at bit at Sitmonchai. Maybe prop down to Por Pramuk for a day or two if I get time. How bout u?
