How I Started:
I Was pushed by my football coach to get to the gym and gain some weight. so i went and i fell in love with lifting weight but im still trying to get the nutrition down.
Why I Love It:
its awsome 4 months in and the girls are starting to notice

BB Accomplishments:
Putting the 45 on each side for a bench i was so pround that i didnt have to keep with the small weights
If u want quick bench press progress make yourself a program which always ends with failure(make sure u have spotter) and when u complete it whit no failure put aditional 10lbs(5kg). example(my routine): 3xweek, 2xflat bp,1x incline benchp, flat:2sets of everything 12x75kg,10x80kg,6x85kg,4x90kg (i fail on second set on 2nd rep on 90kg)incline: 10x60kg,8x65kg,6x70kg. don't change reps or sets just adapt your weights! 1kg=2,2lbs :)
Not having the right tools for the job does suck. It will get better, take this time to educate your mind about EVERYTHING bodybuilding, diet, weights, you name it. Use your library to get books by the greats...Arnold, Drapper. ect........Your 16 dude, no hurry.
