I drink 1 ½ gallon of water a day, I eat 2 hard-boiled egg whites in the morning, 5 different types of fruits. Oatmeal, peanut butter whole grain a slice of sandwich, Grilled chicken ceazar salad with no dressing, but sometimes I switch it around maybe a beef sandwich or tuna sandwich as well, then a granola bar, whole grains crackers (TLC by Kashi) Then in the evening I mainly have lettuce and meat.
