Lost 14 lbs in ONE MONTH by sticking to an amazing diet & lifting more. Now just trying to maintain my weight and stick to my diet. I love my body the way it is now.. I'm HAPPY!!!
To stay lean through out the holidays. Start doing some fitness modeling and maybe find a sponsor. After the first of the year pick another show to compete in.
