How I Started:
I have always enjoyed working out--in high school--at college I played both volleyball and softball. I have decided to recommit myself to bodybuilding after receiving notification that I will be a wildland firefighter during the summers (though maybe longer if it works out).
Why I Love It:
It makes me look good and feel good. Plus, it was always a way for me to connect with my dad who was wayyyyy into lifting.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just realy enjoy interacting with others who workout, that helps. I dig heavy bag work outs ;)
BB Accomplishments:
During the PT test at work this year, I excelled. I beat out most of the guys on the crew for the cardio related exercises.

Hey! How has your fire season been so far? We've been busy as hell around here the last week or so. We've had an LAL of 6 for about six straight days and have been getting pounded with lightning.

All of my temps are trained up and ready to go. Now all we need is to get everyone saw certified and we'll be available nationally. We had a fire Wednesday in the urban interface... things are already starting to dry out...

I was at Autzen when USC stomped the ducks the year before last and I will be there again this year. Unfortunately I was at Reser when the Beavers beat us. My dad went to Oregon State, and I went to USC so I've always hated the Ducks. FIGHT ON!
