Injured my left quad a week ago, so went light on legs with Front squats today.
Front Squats: 95lb x 5 for 3 sets
Shoulder Press: 120lbs x 5 for 3 sets
Pendlay Rows: 140lbs x 5 for 3 sets
Crunches: 14
45 degree Hyperextensions: 14
Chinups: 2

Sorry it took so long to reply.
Yes the NO2 did help. I cycle on and off every other month, and when I cycle onto it, I can boost my weight or reps by a good 10 to 15 pounds. Then when I cycle off it, I can maintain that weight.
But I find it doesnt work as well if I am not taking the creatine as well.
