For me it started when I was about fourteen, and a friend of mine brought me to one of the last remaining hardcore gyms in the world. The wallpapers were coming down, the floor was covered with sweat and the local smelled like a mixture of piss and blood. No one gave a ****. Everyone was giving it all they had. This was living, I knew it right then and there. This was how I wanted to spend my days.

No I meant you. From almost 198 Lbs to 138 Lbs is a loss of 60 Lbs and that deserves a lot of recognition and you should be proud. You have done what a lot of others are trying to do and are a great example of what can be done when someone decides to do it. You are also a great inspiration to many others who are struggling to believe that they can lose weight and get into better shape. I wish you continued success.

HAH, Yah my cutting cycle was not great. Bad timing but oh well, that means I need another bulking cycle! I am starting my next bulk in January. Just trying to keep what I have for now. Where are you at on your Bench goal?

I´m doing rather fine this day, in the gym I had a heavy leg day. ( that is heavy for me ) I´m nearing 25 tonns total weight on legs. ( I´m having shaky legs now ) Do keep on the good work, an in touch.
