How I Started:
I've always been active. I want to continue to be active, and with the career that i have chosen it is mandatory that i stay in good shape not only for my self but for the people i help as well.
Why I Love It:
Going to the gym and working out gives me a certain sense of power and feeling good about myself and seeing the changes in my body throughout the last couple weeks has been very rewarding.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated at looking not long term but looking a week to two weeks in advance and seeing what i am able to acomplish with hard work and determination.
BB Accomplishments:
I dont have any yet....But if anyone has any tips just lemme know. Everything is greatly appreciated.
I want to lose the weight that i gained while being out of commission from a busted up shoulder. These goals are attainable if i work hard and eat right...... Wish me luck!!!!

Today is leg day, I always have a hard time gettin fired up for leg day, because i love upper day so much!!! But today will be different i am going to make my legs ache!! Working and Studying and working out, MAN LIFE IS GOOD!!!! Hope everyone is doing well and keep up the hard work.

Thanks Trish. I have worked out hard over the years, just took too many layoffs and allowed myself to get injured too much. Check back with me now and again, this year big things will happen and I vow to be the best in my class at my first NPC amateur event. I'm an old man and entering in the Masters class just doesn't do anything for me. So I'll enter the open category and compete with the young bucks. Later!
Thanks! Don't let the shoulder injury get the best of you...I can trace alot of my weight gain back to a shredded foot and ankle injury that ended my sports days. It's great that you got right back into the gym! I wish I would have done that after my injury, I wouldn't be in the shape I'm in today. Keep up the hard work...I'll be watching.
