How I Started:
I started at school lifting weights in the gym with my mates, then my passion for the gym was followed through after school where i became a personal trainer and became addicted with the gym.
Why I Love It:
Love the feeling of lifting weights and seeing your muscles all pumped up.
It's another great way for me to relieve any stress that i have.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my results and other people telling me that i'm looking good,
having a set goal and timeline to achive it in makes me stay on track and motivated too

Goal (Long):
My major goal is compete in OCtober in my first bodybuilding competition. I have been interested in bodybuilding for a few years now, and really enjoy the challenge of making my body change to what i want it to. I want to be 175 pounds and even up to 180 pounds 5 weeks prior to competiton.
I want to keep my bodyfat under 10% and drop it to around 4% for competition time. With full commitment and persistance i will achieve this!
